Green Architect Jeremy Bonin AIA NCARB LEED AP heads every project, creating innovative, energy efficient home designs of green homes with a specialty in SIP panels, energy efficient conventionally-built homes, post and beam and timber frame design while incorporating recycled and energy efficient building materials and renewable energy systems. Project Management services include working with clients to determine budget requirements, material choices and product specifications for quotes, providing an apples-to-apples manufacturer bid comparison to clearly explain material and cost differences, and working with the contractor throughout the construction process.
